BBB Fitness and Wellness: The Women Only Gym That Grew from a Mobile Studio

BBB Fitness and Wellness started the way many great businesses do: with one person, a vision, and a willingness to start small. Brianna Lubarsky launched BBB, which stands for Bri Builds Bodies, as a mobile personal training operation in 2022. She brought the gym to her clients. By January 2026, she had her own brick and mortar space at 2453 Plaza Court in Moore Township.

Built on Medical Knowledge

What sets BBB apart from a typical gym is Lubarsky's background in medicine and healthcare. She does not just design workouts. She creates meal plans for people with diabetes, autoimmune conditions, and other health challenges that require a more thoughtful approach to nutrition and fitness. The customized programs are built on real medical understanding, not generic templates.

Women Only

BBB is a women only boutique gym offering one-on-one personal training, group classes, customized programs, and open gym. Lubarsky also designs and sells her own activewear line. The space is intentionally welcoming for women who may feel intimidated by traditional gym environments. The group classes are small enough that the instructor knows your name and your goals.

From Mobile to Permanent

Going from a mobile operation to a physical location in under four years is a testament to both Lubarsky's drive and the demand for what she offers. BBB fills a gap in the Lehigh Valley fitness landscape: a gym that is built around women's health, informed by medical science, and small enough to feel personal. That combination is rare.
