About
Jumbars Cafe has been serving first-class cuisine for breakfast and lunch in Bethlehem since 2003. The name comes from Mary's great grandmother, Anna Jumbar, who immigrated to Pennsylvania in 1876 and fed coal miners from a converted boxcar, a tradition of feeding the community that lives on today.
Chef Paul Hoffert prepares house-made breads, jams, and baked goods fresh daily. The breakfast menu features omelettes, muffins, French toast, parfaits, scones, seasonal pancakes, and bread puddings. Lunch brings wraps, cold and hot sandwiches, salads, paninis, and meat-free options. The bakery case is always stocked with pies, cookies, scones, kiffles, cake, and sticky buns.
The charming and cozy dining room uses locally sourced ingredients and comfort food offerings that have earned Jumbars a loyal following across the Lehigh Valley. Dine-in, takeout, and curbside pickup are all available. A proud Buy Fresh Buy Local member.
