About

Ironstone Barbell is a female-owned 24/7 premier gym built for lifters who take their training seriously. Whether you are focused on general fitness, powerlifting, sports performance, or strongman training, Ironstone provides the space, equipment, and coaching to help you reach your goals.

The gym is outfitted with premium equipment from Rogue, Arsenal Strength, Sorinex, Cybex MB Power Center, and Elite FTS, everything you need to train at a high level without the distractions of a commercial gym.

Strength builds everything else in life. Training should be intentional, honest and earned. That philosophy drives everything at Ironstone Barbell, from the equipment selection to the coaching approach to the community that trains here every day.
